• Bike information, including make, model, components, and configuration

• FRX (Frame Registry Exchange) identifiers, if you choose to associate a bike with the FRX registry
• Information you authorize a bike shop or mechanic to record on your behalf

Automatically collected information

• App usage data to improve reliability and performance
• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Mileage and ride data imported from third-party services (such as Strava), if you authorize access

How we use your information

• Create and manage your Megylla account
• Store and display your bikes, maintenance history, and related records
• Sync your data securely across devices when you sign in

• Support FRX registry functionality when enabled

Megylla does not sell your personal data.

Cloud storage and cross-device access

Your data is securely stored in a cloud-based environment. This allows your bikes, maintenance records, and FRX-related information to remain available whenever you log in — even if you switch devices or reinstall the app.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.

FRX (Frame Registry Exchange)

Megylla supports integration with the FRX (Frame Registry Exchange), a system designed to associate bikes with a unique frame identifier and long-term history.

• Participation in FRX is optional
• FRX-related data is linked only when you choose to enable it
• Ownership history, maintenance records, and identifiers are only shared or transferred according to permissions you control

FRX data is treated with the same privacy and security standards as other Megylla data.

Sharing and permissions

Your bike data is private by default. You may choose to:

• Authorize a bike shop or mechanic to record maintenance
• Share limited records for resale, insurance, or personal use
• Transfer or associate FRX-related records where applicable

Only parties you explicitly authorize can access or modify your data.

Third-party services

Megylla may integrate with third-party services such as Strava to import ride and mileage data. Access to these services is optional and requires your authorization.

Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies, and Megylla is not responsible for their practices.

Children's privacy

Megylla is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request:
